At 9:02 PM the Richmond Fire Department was toned out for a smoke investigation for large fire of pallets on fire in rear of American Pallet Industries Inc, 9821 Rt 12 (Main st), cross streets are May ave and Prospect ave, near the Shell gas station. 9 minutes later Richmond requested a Quad call.
Then approximately 4 minutes later they requested MABAS Box alarm for tenders only on Box #5-1470. Approximately 45 minutes later command requested 2nd alarm on Box #5-1480. The Box was struck out at 1:45 am 9/8/13, units stayed on-scene and continued to work.
