Lake Zurich Fire Department responded to a report of a multiple vehicle accident on Lake Cook Rd West of Quentin Rd between Wallingford Lane at 10:30 AM. Injuries were reported.
Ambulance 4 was first on scene with multiple vehicles involved, possibly 4, minor to moderate damage. Engine 1 arrived on scene next and is currently blocking traffic. Battalion 206 arrived and assumed command.
All units are still on scene as of 10:49 AM.
