The Lake Forest Fire Department was dispatched to a report of a traffic accident with injuries at 5:28 PM Tuesday. It was reported on Waukegan Rd at Melody Rd. Ambulance 421, Engine 422, & Battalion 42 were due.
Dispatch advised there was also airbag deployment. Upon arrival by Battalion 42, he reported 2 vehicles and 2 patients with moderate damage to both cars.
