The Antioch Fire Department was dispatched to a report of a appliance fire at 986 Rte. 59 in Antioch at the A West Side Coin Laundry on Sunday at 4:09 PM. Engine 211, Engine 213, Ambulance 211, and Battalion 21 were due.
Upon arrival of Battalion 21, he reported nothing showing from all sides, out investigating on Red Fireground. Engine 213, Engine 211, and Ambulance 211 arrived on scene shortly after. At around 4:17 PM, command advised they had the fire out and were in the process of doing overhaul, that it would be a little while longer on scene. Engine 213 was then available on scene.
