  • 4:40 PM: North Chicago – Commercial AFA at Abbott, AP-6, 1 Abbott Park. E463 E44 BC46 T421 due. 
  • 5:10 PM: Lake Zurich – Odor investigation inside at 25122 N Dante Dr. E2 E3 C203 & Lake Zurich Ambulance due. 
  • 5:12 PM: McHenry – Wires down on tree that is on fire at 2506 S Michael Ct. Engine 43 en-route.
  • 5:22 PM: Highland Park – Code 3 for the AFA and lightning strike, confirmed small fire inside at 1899 2nd St. Station 34 E33 E32 BC33 due.
  • 5:22 PM: Barrington – CO alarm with symptoms at 600 BLK W Russell St. E381 A381 & BC38 due.
  • 5:24 PM: McHenry – Report of a side of the building down at 2054 N Richmond Rd. Engine 41 responding.
  • 5:37 PM: Lake Villa – Reported brush fire, and mulch fire at Deerpath Drive & Lazy Acre Rd.

  • 5:44 PM: Wauconda – Tree on a house, FD on scene at 419 Woodland Ave.
  • 5:46 PM: Lake Villa – Report of a structure fire at 20444 W Isola Ave. This turned out to be a lightning strike, although there was no fire and units cleared. 
  • 5:50 PM: Barrington Hills – Gas leak inside at 98 Algonquin Rd. E382 TNK382 & BC38 due.
  • 5:55 PM: Lake Villa – MVA with injuries involving a car vs bicyclist at Rt 132 & Rt 45. Gurnee Fire en-route.

  • 6:10 PM: Wauconda – Reported brush fire, smoking showing from a field across from the forest preserve, near 310 Crestview Dr.
  • 6:27 PM: Mundelein – MVA with injuries at Rt 83 & Oak Ave. Countryside FD due.
  • 6:39 PM: Grayslake – AFA at 100 BLK Hamelitz Ct.
  • 6:52 PM: Libertyville – Dumpster fire at 1125 S Milwaukee Ave. Quint 462 & Battalion 46 due.
  • 7:00 PM: Barrington – Report of a structure fire at 545 Penny Rd, the Penny Road Pub. E382 E381 LZ ENG Palatine Rural TNK & TNKR382 due. Reported fire in the basement.
    • UPDATE: Fire is out, auto aid has been returned. Barrington Countryside Fire Department still on scene as of 7:37 PM.
