The Lake Zurich Fire Department was dispatched at around 2:01 PM Saturday afternoon for a reported traffic accident with injuries at Rt 22 & North Rainbow Rd in North Barrington. It was reported as one subject with back pain, Lake County Sheriff was already on scene. Dispatched was Engine 4 , Ambulance 1, and Battalion 206.
Upon arrival of Ambulance 1, they reported two vehicles involved with moderate damage, they were then out investigating. Lake County Sheriff currently has the road shutdown.
