The Great Lakes Fire Department had requested a MABAS Haz-Mat Box #19-40 to the 1st alarm level at around 8:36 PM Tuesday night. Shortly later, Great Lakes Fire Department command advised to strike out the box, and only have Hazmat 4 respond to the scene. The building it was located at was #7716, with staging at Buckley Rd & Illinois St in Great Lakes. Later, command advised it was a unknown type white powdery substance and they were attempting to find out what it was. Hazmat 4 then went en route from Lake Forest Fire Station #2.
