Flight For Life was requested to a motorcycle crash with serious injuries today in Richmond on Keystone Road.
The crash happened today at around 1:00 PM at 7203 Keystone Road in Richmond which is south of Tryon Grove Road. Initial reports from scanner traffic indicted the patient was unconscious and Flight For Life was requested to the scene.
Flight For Life arrived at the landing zone across from the incident at 1:28 PM and flew the patient to Level One Trauma Center at Advocate Condell Hospital in Libertyville. The patient regained consciousness before being transported by the medical helicopter.
Keystone Road is currently shutdown as of 1:35 PM.
The Richmond Fire Department was assisted by the Wonder Lake Fire Department and Flight For Life at this incident.
