A McHenry man is facing numerous charges after he allegedly broke into a woman’s Johnsburg home, attacked her, and then stole her car.
Benjamin A. Iandola, 21, of the 3100 block of Lincoln Road in McHenry, has been charged with home invasion which caused injury, theft between $500 and $10,000, domestic battery, interference with the reporting of domestic violence, criminal damage to property under $300, resisting a peace officer, aggravated battery to a peace officer, DUI, and unlawful use of weapons.
