Four men have been charged with murder after a man was shot to death on December 11 during a drug deal in a Walmart parking lot in Waukegan.

The Waukegan Police Department was called around 6 p.m. on December 11 to a report of a traffic crash and shots fired call in the Walmart parking lot at 3900 Fountain Square Place.

According to police radio traffic, the victim was possibly hit by a vehicle and shot. The victim had a head injury and CPR was being performed before firefighters/paramedics arrived.
