Two men were arrested after one of the men pointed a gun at car dealership employees during a customer dispute on Saturday, police said.

Police were called Saturday afternoon just before 3 p.m. to the Volkswagen of Crystal Lake dealership, 5213 Northwest Highway in Crystal Lake. Police officers were told that a dispute between a customer and management had taken place over the servicing of a vehicle. During the dispute, a male passenger in the vehicle pulled out a handgun from his waistband and pointed it at dealership employees. Three people in the car fled the scene before police arrived.

No shots were fired during the incident. Employees of the dealership gave a description of the vehicle, the driver, and two passengers to police. The vehicle and driver,ย Brian Nowak, 23, of 615 Claymont Court in Algonquin, were found shortly after by police. Nowak was arrested for disorderly conduct for his role in the incident, authorities said. He was processed and released after posting bail.

An arrest warrant was issued on Sunday for the passenger who allegedly pulled the gun. Djordje Maretic, 23, of 2130 Tahoe Parkway in Algonquin, turned himself in at the Crystal Lake Police Department. He was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count of disorderly conduct. He was processed and released after posting bail.
