Rebecca L. Crabtree, 35, of Gurnee, went missing on June 16 from her home, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office said.

A 35-year-old Gurnee woman has been missing for 15 days and police are asking for the public’s help in finding her.

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Rebecca L. Crabtree. She was last seen by her family at her home in the 18000 block of West Stockton Court in unincorporated Gurnee on June 16.

Lake County Sheriff Spokesman Sgt. Christopher Covelli said that Crabtree was driving a black 2011 GMC Yukon with Illinois registration AC80645. She left without her cellphone and without her other personal belongings.

The GMC has damage on the rear driver’s side, has black duct tape around the passenger-side mirror and does not have a front license plate, Covelli said.

Crabtree is described as being 5-foot-6, 180 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Crabtree has gone missing in the past and was previously located in Park Ridge, Woodstock and Lake Forest, Covelli said.

Police are asking the public to call 911 if they see Crabtree, her vehicle or have information about her current whereabouts.
