Hannah Stakes, 15, of Woodstock, went missing Monday evening, her family said.

UPDATE: Hannah was found safe.

Police are searching for a 15-year-old girl, who may be experiencing a mental health crisis, after she went missing from her Woodstock home Monday evening.

Hannah Stakes, 15, was last seen at her home, which is near Carol Avenue and Pleasant Street in Woodstock, around 9 p.m. Monday, according to her mother.

Hannah is described as being 5-foot-4 and 110 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a black Columbia jacket and black Converse shoes.

She took a grey backpack and her longboard skateboard with her when she left, her mother Melissa Haske said. The Woodstock Police Department was notified and took the missing person report around 6 a.m. Tuesday.

Haske said that her daughter’s phone pinged around 11 p.m. Monday and then it was turned off after that. Haske also added that Hannah has been battling mental health issues recently.
