Police are searching for a gunman who opened fire on a group of four people, striking two teens and a man, while they were sitting in a stolen car in Waukegan late Sunday evening.
The Waukegan Police Department and Waukegan Fire Department responded around 11:30 p.m. to the 1000 block of Yeoman Street for a report of a shooting.
Responding officers learned that four subjects were sitting in an SUV on the street when someone opened fire on them, according to Waukegan Police Commander Joe Florip.
