Lake in the Hills police are seeking a man who approached women on two separate occasions and asked them to expose themselves, including one instance where the man offered a woman money.
The Lake in the Hills Police Department responded around 10:22 a.m. Monday to the 1350-1370 block of Cunat Court for a report of a suspicious man in the parking lot.
Officials said that the man approached a woman and asked her to expose herself. During a second occasion, he asked another woman to expose herself in exchange for money.
Both instances occurred in the parking lot and responding police officers were unable to locate the man, who is described as a male white, 20-25 years old, 5-foot-11, thin build, with sandy dark blonde hair.
These two cases may be connected to an incident that occurred in Pingree Grove several weeks ago, Lake in the Hills police said. A composite sketch was released to the public to help identify the man.
