A Crystal Lake man was released on bond after being charged with distributing videos of children being raped, including one involving an infant.

Anthony D. Rodriguez-Guerra, 22, of the 300 block of Maplewood Lane in Crystal Lake, was charged with three counts of reproducing child pornography and three counts of possessing child pornography.

On December 6, Rodriguez-Guerra shared a video on the Telegram app with a male user. Court documents allege the video showed an infant boy being raped by an adult male.

On March 20, Rodriguez-Guerra shared a video on the Telegram app with a now-deleted account. Court documents allege the video showed a child under the age of 13 being raped by an adult male.

On March 22, Rodriguez-Guerra shared a video on the Telegram app with another account user. Court documents allege the video showed a boy under the age of 13 being raped by an adult male.

Rodriguez-Guerra was arrested on May 27 by the Crystal Lake Police Department. A judge set his bond at $100,000 and the man was released on Friday after posting 10 percent bail.

Rodriguez-Guerra is not allowed to use the internet and was ordered to have no contact with any person under the age of 18 as part of his bond conditions.

He is scheduled to appear in court again on July 8 to set a date for a preliminary hearing.
