A 15-year-old Woodstock boy who went missing on Saturday was found safe in Pennsylvania on Monday, according to his mother.

Brandon Joseph Boring, 15, of Woodstock, was last seen in his bedroom around 10:30 p.m. Saturday.

His mother said that he was gone from their home by Sunday morning and his cell phone was left behind.

Brandon’s phone had also been factory reset and he did not take any belongings with him from the home.

His mother said that her son left a note saying he was going to meet a woman named Jessica in New York City.

She said that their phone company showed that Brandon had been in contact with a number in Pennsylvania.

Police officers in Pennsylvania, in coordination with the Woodstock Police Department, were able to track down Brandon and find him safe on Monday.
