The Crystal Lake Police Department and Crystal Lake Fire Rescue Department responded around 5:29 p.m. Saturday to the intersection of Fair Oaks Lane and Elmwood Avenue.

A preliminary investigation showed that a 1994 Honda motorcycle was traveling eastbound on Fair Oaks Lane.
