A Kentucky man was arrested in Crystal Lake after police found him in possession of child pornography videos and photos on Sunday, officials said.
Randall S. Combs, 24, of the 100 block of Oakridge Way in Shepherdsville, Kentucky, was charged with three counts of possession of child pornography and one count of contributing criminal delinquency of a minor.
The Crystal Lake Police Department responded around 8 p.m. Sunday to a call of underage drinking.
Officers arrested Combs after finding he had provided an underage girl with alcohol.
A criminal complaint filed in McHenry County court alleges Combs possessed a TikTok video in his Snapchat account showing the sex organs of the female minor.
The complaint alleges Combs also possessed a second sexually explicit video and a sexually explicit photograph of the girl.
A McHenry County judge initially ordered Combs held in the McHenry County jail on a $40,000 bond with 10% cash required to be released.
McHenry County Judge Robert Wilbrandt reduced Combs’ bond to $25,000 after his public defender requested a lower bond. Wilbrandt ordered Combs to have no contact with the female minor.
He is scheduled to appear in court again on December 29 for a bond hearing and to set the date of a preliminary hearing.
