Lilandra L. Redman, 20, of Rochester, Pennsylvania.

A Pennsylvania woman was extradited to McHenry County on Tuesday after she was arrested in September for luring a boy into her car in Woodstock and taking him to Pennsylvania.

Lilandra L. Redman, 20, of the 600 block of Reno Street in Rochester, Pennsylvania, was charged on August 19 with one count of child abduction, a Class 4 felony.

Redman is accused of intentionally luring Brandon J. Boring, 15, into her car without the permission of the boy’s parents, according to a criminal complaint filed in McHenry County court.

Redman met Brandon online and had been in contact with the child for a few years, according to the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania Sheriff’s Office.

The two would use social media and apps to talk, as well as a disposable phone which Redman got to Brandon via another student, police said.

Redman traveled to Brandon’s home in Woodstock on August 2 in an Uber during the early morning hours.

The teen left his parents a note stating that he traveled to New York City with a woman named Jessica. Brandon also factory reset his phone and left it at home.

The two traveled back to Pennsylvania on a plane and authorities located Brandon later that same day in Beaver County at Redman’s residence.

However, Redman was not at the address. Brandon was safe and reunited with his family.

The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office arrested Redman on September 16 at a home in the 2900 block of Versailles Street in McKeesport, PA.

Redman was held in the Allegheny County jail and was finally extradited to the McHenry County jail on Tuesday.

A judge ordered the woman to be held on a $20,000 bond. She will need to post $2,000 to be released.
