A 29-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting two women within the span of a day in Woodstock, court records show.
Antione D. Truesdell, 29, of the 500 block of Central Parkway in Woodstock, was charged with criminal sexual assault by force, criminal sexual abuse by force, and battery causing bodily harm.
A criminal complaint filed in McHenry County court alleges Truesdell fondled a woman and attempted to force her to perform oral sex on him.
The woman repeatedly told him “no” and tried to push him away multiple times, the complaint said, adding that the incident took place on January 13.
A separate criminal complaint alleges that Truesdell assaulted another woman the following day on January 14.
He forcibly touched and licked the woman’s breasts despite the woman telling him to stop, the complaint said. Truesdell then began to sexually penetrate the woman for approximately five minutes.
It is unclear if Truesdell knew either of the victims. Police have not released any details publicly regarding the incidents.
A warrant was issued for both cases on January 14 and patrol officers arrested the man on January 26.
A judge set Truesdell’s bond at $90,000 and he remains held in the McHenry County jail. He will need to post $9,000 cash in order to be released on bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 11.
