A $10,000 reward is being offered in the search for two suspects who broke into a bar in Union and damaged slot machines in order to steal money from them Saturday morning.
The incident occurred around 5:15 a.m. Saturday at Clasen’s Tavern, 17628 Depot Street in Union, which is east of Marengo.

The Union Police Department is investigating the incident and anyone with information is asked to call them at 815-923-2341.
“Your help is greatly appreciated! Keep our community strong as we work together to apprehend these individuals!” Clasen’s Tavern said in a social media post.
