Police and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children are working together to locate a 15-year-old girl who went missing from North Chicago nearly a month ago.
Emani C. Depillars, 15, of North Chicago, was last seen on April 29, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Emani was last seen at a residence on Acorn Drive in North Chicago and has not been seen or heard from since.
Emani has no money, no cell phone, and no form of transportation, according to the Missing Persons Awareness Network.
The teen is described as a female black, 5-foot-7, 122 pounds, with black shoulder-length hair and brown eyes.
A clothing description of what she was last seen wearing was not available.
The North Chicago Police Department told Lake and McHenry County Scanner that they are being actively assisted by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
