A Lake in the Hills boy who was abducted by his biological mother when he was 12 years old has been located safe nearly two years later.
Adrian Bustamante Vega was reported missing on November 16, 2019, from Lake in the Hills, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Adrian was allegedly abducted by his mother, Yahoska Bustamante. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for Yahoska on April 30, 2020.

A family member of Adrian confirmed to Lake and McHenry County Scanner that the boy, who is now 14, was located safe last weekend.
Adrian was reportedly found on the north side of Chicago while Yahoska Bustamante remains on the run.
