Police say they are searching for someone in “The Grinch” costume who allegedly damaged a holiday display in Antioch along with several other individuals on Sunday.

Officers with the Antioch Police Department conducted a premise check on Sunday at Hiram Buttrick Sawmill, 770 Cunningham Drive in Antioch.

Officers discovered damage to the community’s holiday display while conducting their premise check.

Security camera footage captured a silver minivan arriving at the park, police said.

Four or five occupants, including one wearing a Grinch outfit, got out of the van around 2 p.m. Sunday and damaged the display.

The Antioch Police Department said they are seeking assistance from the public in identifying the subjects and the owner of the vehicle.
