Police say they are searching for a 6-year-old boy who was reported missing from North Chicago on Wednesday and is believed to be endangered.

Damari L. Perry, 6, was reported missing around 8:47 p.m. Wednesday out of North Chicago.

Perry was reportedly last seen around 3 p.m. on Tuesday, according to the Skokie Police Department, which issued a missing child advisory Thursday morning.

Perry may have traveled to the Skokie area during this time with his 16-year-old sister.

Perry is described as a male black, 4-foot tall, 40 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket, camouflage pants and black gym shoes.

The North Chicago Police Department has not released any additional information on the boy’s disappearance yet.
