A manager of a business in Crystal Lake was arrested after he allegedly sexually abused a juvenile employee who was under his supervision.

An arrest warrant was issued for Johnathen J. Dominick, 38, of the 5700 block of Fox Lake Road in McHenry, on May 20, court records show.

Dominick was charged with two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, two counts of indecent solicitation, contributing to criminal delinquency of a minor and unlawful delivery of cannabis.

A criminal complaint filed in McHenry County Circuit Court alleges that Dominick provided a juvenile with 2.5 grams of cannabis on April 22.

Dominick allegedly committed an act of sexual conduct with the juvenile, who was 13-17 years old, on May 8.

The complaint said that Dominick held the position of manager at the same Crystal Lake business where the juvenile was employed.

Crystal Lake Deputy Police Chief Thomas Kotlowski said he would not release the name of the business involved in an effort to protect the identity of the victim.

Dominick was arrested and transported to the McHenry County Jail early Tuesday morning, records show.

He was ordered held on an $80,000 bond. Dominick would need to post $8,000 cash in order to be released.

A bond hearing is scheduled for Friday.
