Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating an endangered 77-year-old woman from Wauconda who went missing Thursday.

The Illinois State Police issued an Endangered Missing Person Advisory following a request from the Wauconda Police Department.

The Wauconda Police Department is searching for Judith A. Kokos, who is a 77-year-old Wauconda resident.

She is described as a white female who is 5-foot-7 and weighs 135 pounds.

Kokos has blonde hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing jean shorts. No additional clothing description was available.

She was last seen in the 3300 block of North Kostner Avenue in Chicago around 6 p.m. Thursday. It is unclear if she has any connection to that location.

Kokos was driving a blue Toyota Rav 4 with Arizona license plate 208WWJ.

Police said the woman has a condition that places her in danger.
