Crystal Lake police say they are seeking the public’s help in locating a 38-year-old woman who has been missing for over two weeks now.
A family member reported Jennifer Lazenby, 38, missing to the Crystal Lake Police Department on October 27.
Lazenby’s last confirmed contact with someone was on October 19, according to Crystal Lake Deputy Police Chief Richard Neumann.
Neumann said the police department continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the woman’s failure to communicate with her family.
“We do not suspect Jennifer’s disappearance was the result of foul play,” Neumann said.
Police are pursuing leads out of concern for Lazenby’s well-being.
Neumann did not say where Lazenby’s last known location was.
Court records show she is homeless and previously resided in Woodstock.
Lazenby is described as being 5-foot-4 and weighing approximately 120 pounds.
She has fair skin, brown eyes and brown hair.
Anyone who may have information relating to the woman’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Crystal Lake Police Department at 815-356-3620.
