An employee was arrested for prostitution after police say they received a complaint from a customer at a massage parlor in Cary who had been “inappropriately touched.”

Lifeng Dong, 45, of Chicago, was charged with two counts of prostitution, a Class A misdemeanor.

Cary Deputy Police Chief Scott Naydenoff told Lake and McHenry County Scanner that officers received a complaint about the Cozy Comfort Spa, located at 290 Cary-Algonquin Road in Cary.

Naydenoff said a customer called the police and alleged “inappropriate behavior/touching.”

A criminal complaint filed in McHenry County Circuit Court alleged that Dong offered to perform an act of sexual touching or fondling of a man’s sex organs.

Dong asked the man if he wanted a “massage” while touching his sex organ and pinching his nipples, the complaint said.

The incident occurred during the man’s prepaid massage session for neck and shoulder pain.

Naydenoff said the incident was not a police sting operation.

Police records show Dong was arrested around 4:45 p.m. on December 14.

She was processed at the Cary Police Department and released after posting a $100 cash bond.

A plea hearing is scheduled for January 23.
