Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 14-year-old girl who went missing Saturday morning from a neighborhood in Round Lake.

The Round Lake Police Department said Saturday evening they are searching for Taylor Brasic.

She is also known as Alex and is described as being 4-foot-11 and 99 pounds with blonde hair, blue eyes and fair-colored skin.

Police said Brasic was last seen around 10:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday in the Valley Lakes subdivision, which is near Wilson and Nippersink Roads.

She was seen wearing a black sweatshirt with red, yellow and pink on the sleeves and a black coat with fur on the hood.

Brasic had gray sweatpants on and was wearing Converse shoes. She possibly had a pink over-the-shoulder wallet-sized purse with her.

Police did not say whether they believe Brasic is endangered or not.
