A Round Lake man has been charged after two juveniles smashed windows to a dispensary shop in McHenry and burglarized the business last month.

The incident happened around 4 a.m. on March 31 at Sugarleaf Smoke Shop, 3932 West Main Street in McHenry.

Two juveniles broke the windows to the business in order to gain access, court documents show.

The juveniles then stole drug paraphernalia and hemp products from the business.

Court documents said that the two juveniles were driven to the store by Patrick Zuniga, 18, of Round Lake.

Zuniga drove the juveniles to the business knowing they were going to commit the burglary, according to a criminal complaint.

The complaint said Zuniga took possession of the stolen drug paraphernalia and hemp products that were stolen during the incident.

An arrest warrant was issued for Zuniga on Tuesday charging him with one count of burglary, a Class 2 felony.
