The Antioch Police Department was called to the incident Saturday in the 1100 block of Edgewater Lane in Antioch.

Residents are asked to avoid the area to allow law enforcement to work.

Mutual aid assistance was requested from numerous neighboring police agencies.

It is unclear what led to the initial response to the residence or if anyone is inside with the suspect.
