Police are working to identify a man who chased after two women while they were at a train station in Lake Forest and threatened to harm them.

The Lake Forest Police Department said on Saturday they are working to identify a person of interest who was involved in an assault at the West Metra Train Station, 911 Telegraph Road in Lake Forest.

The man was seen on video chasing after two adult females in the early morning hours on October 22.

The suspect made threats of violence towards the women, police said.

He left as a passenger in a rideshare vehicle that was described as a black Nissan Sentra.

Police did not say if the suspect knew the victims or if anything provoked the assault.

Anyone with information that can assist with identifying the man is asked to call the Lake Forest Police Department.
