UPDATE: The woman has been safely located in Iowa, police announced.

Police are searching for an 86-year-old Huntley woman considered endangered after she went missing and was last seen driving near Marengo Sunday.

The Illinois State Police activated an Endangered Missing Person Advisory for Selva Ferguson, 86, of Huntley.

The Huntley Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Ferguson, who went missing on Sunday.

Ferguson was last seen driving eastbound on Interstate 90 at the Marengo Toll Booth around 7 p.m. Sunday, the advisory said.

Ferguson was driving a white 2016 Honda CR-V with Illinois license plate GUZ30.

She has a condition that places her in danger, the advisory said.

Ferguson is described as a white Hispanic female, 5-foot-5 and weighing 165 pounds.

She has brown hair and blue eyes. Ferguson was wearing an unknown color shirt and pants and a blue jacket and black sketchers.
