Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a 54-year-old man considered endangered after he went missing from his home in Algonquin Friday morning.

The Illinois State Police activated an Endangered Missing Person Advisory for Daniel Winters, 54, of Algonquin, early Saturday morning.

The Algonquin Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Winters, who went missing on Friday.

Winters was last seen at his residence in the 800 block of Red Coach Lane in Algonquin around 7:30 a.m.

Winters does not own a car or a cell phone. He also has a condition that places him in danger.

He is described as a male white, six feet tall, 230 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt and dirty slack pants.
