An arrest warrant has been issued for a man who allegedly crashed into a woman multiple times while she was in her car in Johnsburg last weekend.
Kenneth Lindvall, 26, of Chicago, was charged with aggravated battery in a public place, domestic battery, failing to give aid or information at an accident involving vehicle damage, reckless driving, driving too fast for conditions or failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and not displaying a front registration plate.
On the evening of Saturday, May 25, Lindvall allegedly used his car to crash into a woman’s car multiple times while she was inside it in Johnsburg, according to a criminal complaint.
The woman is a family or household member of Lindvall, the complaint said.
After crashing into the woman’s car multiple times, Lindvall allegedly fled the scene without notifying police.
The complaint further alleges that Lindvall “drove his vehicle with a willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property” when he crashed into the woman’s car.
The front license plate of Lindvall’s car fell off after the incident, the complaint added.
An arrest warrant was issued for Lindvall on Thursday, court records show.
Johnsburg Police are continuing to seek Lindvall as he remains outstanding as of Saturday evening.
