A Harvard woman has been identified by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office as a person killed during a crash on I-90 Tuesday.

Aimee Simmons, 51, was heading eastbound on I-90 near the 66th mile marker in Schaumburg when she collided with a stopped semi at about 9 a.m., authorities said.

The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an autopsy on Simmons Wednesday.

The Illinois State Police is handling the investigation.
