Family and friends of a mother of four children are desperately trying to find the woman after she went missing from her home in Waukegan earlier this week.

Ariana Perez, 43, of Waukegan, was last seen leaving her house in Waukegan on Tuesday afternoon.

Perez was picked up in a car from her home, which is located on Elmwood Avenue, according to her sister and friends.

Perez last contacted her daughter on Wednesday by text message.

The daughter tried calling Perez but she did not answer. Her phone has since been turned off.

“Come home soon Ariana. We all love you and want you home safe,” a missing person flyer said.

A missing persons report has been made with the Waukegan Police Department.

Perez is 5-foot-2 and weighs 140 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white tank top, a blue and white cardigan and blue jean shorts.

Perez also usually wears jewelry, such as gold rings and necklaces.

The woman is a mother of four children and has never been reported missing before, one of her friends told Lake and McHenry County Scanner.

Anyone who spots Perez or has information on her whereabouts is asked to contact their local police department.
