Police are investigating after three men were shot outside of the McDonald’s in Park City early Sunday morning, authorities said.

The Park City Police Department and Gurnee Fire Department responded around 1:30 a.m. Sunday to McDonald’s, 3249 Belvidere Road in Park City, for a report of a shooting.

Officers arrived on the scene and reported three men had been shot in the parking lot.

The Gurnee Fire Department staged nearby until the scene was secured by police.

Two of the victims had left the scene prior to paramedics arriving and were taken to Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan.

The third victim who had been shot was found south of the McDonald’s at 7th Street and Knight Avenue.

The third victim was transported to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville by ambulance.

Police have not released the conditions of the three victims but said their injuries were not life-threatening.

Park City officers, along with the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, were seen investigating the shooting outside of the restaurant.

Crime scene tape was placed around much of the parking lot and drive-thru of the McDonald’s.

Police photographed clothing and a pair of shoes for evidence that were lying on the ground in front of one of the drive-thru windows.
