Lottery officials announced Saturday that a convenience store in Lincolnshire sold a winning $600,000 lottery ticket from Thursday’s midday Lucky Day Lotto drawing.
The ticket was sold at Circle K gas station, located at 1000 Milwaukee Avenue in Lincolnshire.
The person who bought the ticket matched all five Lucky Day Lotto numbers in the March 20 midday drawing. Those numbers were 4-30-32-33-43.
The lucky Illinois Lottery player won the $600,000 jackpot prize.
The Circle K store in Lincolnshire will receive one percent — or $6,000 — for selling the winning ticket.
In addition to the jackpot winner, 22 tickets were sold where four of the five numbers matched, resulting in a prize of $200.
862 tickets were sold where three of the five numbers matched, resulting in a prize of $15.
Winners have one year from the date of the winning draw to claim their prize.
The Illinois Lottery said they encourage winners to write their name on the back of their ticket and keep it in a safe place until they are ready to claim their prize.
Lucky Day Lotto is an Illinois-only game with twice daily drawings at 12:40 p.m. and 9:22 p.m.
