Fire officials say luckily no injuries were reported after a vehicle crashed through the front of a medical supply store in a strip mall in Woodstock Tuesday afternoon.
The Woodstock Fire/Rescue District and Woodstock Police Department responded around 4:34 p.m. Tuesday to 1670 South Eastwood Drive in Woodstock for a report of a vehicle crash.
Woodstock Fire/Rescue District Public Information Officer Alex Vucha said crews arrived to find a vehicle that had struck the front of United Medical Supplies.
The business is located within a commercial strip mall.
The adult male driver was outside of the vehicle and speaking with police officers, Vucha said. He reported no injuries.
The driver was assessed by paramedics at the scene but declined further medical treatment.
The business was closed at the time of the crash, Vucha said.
The owner had closed early on Tuesday and no one was inside when the vehicle struck the building.

The crash caused moderate damage to the building, including broken windows, damage to the brick facade and minor damage to items inside the store.
Representatives from the City of Woodstock Building Department were requested to the scene to evaluate the extent of the structural damage.
The Woodstock Police Department is investigating the cause and circumstances of the crash.
