The owner of Gurnee Mills mall announced on Monday that eight new stores and restaurants are expected to open at the shopping mall over the next several months.

Simon Property Group said in a statement that Gurnee Mills, the largest outlet and retail shopping center in the state, would be adding a list of new retailers.

Those include Hangry Cluck, Just Cozy, Kako Claw, Off the Rax, Pretty Pretty Print Press, Primark, Sky Zone and Spirit Halloween.

Hangry Cluck is a Chicago-born favorite known for sandwiches like the California Burger & Nashville Chicken Sandwich. It is opening in October in Dining Pavilion North near Entry J.

Just Cozy is a women’s apparel store designed in Canada and worn worldwide, which features everything from leggings and tops to shorts and sweaters. It will open later this month in Center Court near Entry B.

Kako Claw markets itself as an arcade destination for claw machine enthusiasts of all ages with prizes and a “vibrant atmosphere.” It will open in spring 2026 in the Macy’s Wing near Entry C.

Off the Rax brings together a collection of iconic brands. The store will open in November near Entry B.

The company is female-founded and led by the KnitWell Group, offering discounted pieces from Ann Taylor, Chico’s, Lane Bryant, LOFT and more.

Pretty Pretty Print Press is a mom-and-pop shop based in Illinois featuring a variety of items made by the family. The store will open later this month in the Macy’s Wing near Entry D.

Primark is an international clothing retailer with more than 400 stores in 14 countries offering everyday affordability.

The store offers women’s, men’s and children’s fashions, as well as lingerie, beauty and homeware. It will open sometime later this year in Center Court near Entry B.

Sky Zone is the originator of the trampoline park and markets itself as a leader in indoor active entertainment designed for families.

The new location will additionally feature multiple private party rooms for hosting celebrations and a Fuel Zone where jumpers can recharge with food and refreshments. It will open in early 2026 near Entry J.

Spirit Halloween features over 1,300 stores across the United States and Canada for those looking for Halloween décor and costumes. It will open later this month near Entry J.

The new stores add to the nearly 200 outlet, value and full-line retailers already at the shopping center. “These additions support the property’s commitment to continuing center enhancements for its customers,” the Simon Property Group said.
