One person sustained non-life-threatening injuries during a crash with a utility pole in Crystal Lake early Friday morning.

Deputy Crystal Lake Police Chief Richard Neumann said Crystal Lake Police and Fire/Rescue were called to the 100 block of Virginia Road at 7:58 a.m. Friday for a two-vehicle crash with injuries.

The preliminary investigation indicated that a Ford SUV traveling southbound collided with a pickup truck, Neumann said.
