The Chicago Police Department and Chicago Fire Department responded around 12:47 a.m. Friday to the 3500 block of West Adams Street for a report of a person down call.

A 911 caller reported a male was down and not moving in the “T” alley between Adams Street and Jackson Boulevard in East Garfield Park.

Officers arrived and found an unresponsive adult male in the alley, according to police officials.

Police officials said the male was unidentified at the scene and no identification was found on him.
