The Illinois Lottery announced that a winning ticket worth $500,000 was sold in Thursday evening’s “Lucky Day Lotto” drawing at the Woodman’s Food Market in Lakemoor.

An Illinois Lottery player matched all five numbers in the Thursday evening drawing to win the game’s $500,000 jackpot.

The winning numbers in the Thursday evening Lucky Day Lotto drawing were 10-15-22-35-44, according to the Illinois Lottery.

The ticket was purchased at Woodman’s Food Market, 27555 Route 120 in Lakemoor, the Illinois Lottery said.

The retailer will receive a bonus of one percent — or $5,000 — of the prize amount for selling the winning ticket.

More than 33,000 winning tickets were sold in Thursday evening’s Lucky Day Lotto drawing, awarding close to $600,000 in total prizes to players.

Winning ticket holders have one year from the date of their draw to claim their prize.

The Illinois Lottery said they encourage all winners to write their name on the back of their ticket and keep it in a safe place until they are ready to claim their prize.

In March 2023, the same Woodman’s also sold a $550,000 “Lucky Day Lotto” ticket.

Lucky Day Lotto is an Illinois-only draw game with two daily drawings at 12:40 p.m. and 9:22 p.m., with jackpots starting at $100,000.
